At Argyll Voluntary Action we recognise that for many
organisations, especially smaller charities and frontline organisations,
keeping on top of administration and having the manpower to do so can be a
constant challenge. Many of the
groups we work without do not have the luxury (or expense) of an office and are
dependent on volunteers to provide these functions; volunteers are greatly
valued giving a huge contribution to the sector so their time is both precious
and limited.
In response to demand, Argyll Voluntary Action is now able
to offer a range of office services which can help alleviate that burden and
help your organisation run more smoothly.
Currently, we are able to offer:-

of a business address (post restante) to protect individual privacy and help promote a professional image.
- Coupled with a business address comes efficient
mail forwarding, to avoid delay in your communications and keep your
organisation operating.
- Photocopying. Convenient and competitively
priced, available at all our offices.
- Payroll services. We can organise and operate
your payroll on your behalf.
- Envelope stuffing. Organising an event or running a campaign? We can help take
the donkey-work out of bulk mailing.
- Email bulletins and alerts. We can distribute
your notices and news by email to over 1,000 community groups and organisations
across Argyll and Bute.
