The consultative arm of Argyll Voluntary Action

Creative Change is the consultative arm of Argyll Voluntary Action (formerly Argyll CVS and Argyll and Bute Volunteer Centre).  The team behind AVA come from many different professional backgrounds including the media, training, graphics, advertising and marketing.

In 2010 AVA identified a need for a Social Enterprise who are aware of the issues Third, Public and Private  Sectors are facing in these straitened but challenging and competitive  times.  Organisations now more than at any other time have a greater need  for training, for media awareness, event management,  promotion, for day to day business services such as payroll and secretarial services.

Late that year Creative Change was born.  An organisation serving  across the three Sectors, supporting  and keeping the needs of their clients at the forefront of the public consciousness,  resulting in a strong and sustainable organisations of all types.

Eleanor McKinnon is our Training Manager who over the years has.....

Gillian Barclay is an advertising sales professional with more than 15 years experience of sales, event management, advertising and marketing both in the UK and overseas.  She has worked  closely with organisations throughout the Sectors developing tailored solutions for them in the areas mentioned above.

Alison Gildea has been a Commercial Graphic Designer for more than 18 years.  She specialises in corporate identity and marketing campaigns and is at ease dealing with individuals or blue chip organisations.

Katrina Sayer is a motivational trainer, experienced in working with groups and organisations of all sizes and types with an in depth knowledge of the Third Sector .
